More information on how to apply for an electronic card can be found at the following link&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/my.isic.bg\/\"><strong>my.isic.bg<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All students who do not have a Sofia University electronic card have to register as library users at the beginning of the academic year. In order to obtain a library user card, students must present a valid student book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The registration of library users takes place in the Central University Library from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faculty members, PhD students, students and staff members of Sofia University \u201cSt. Kliment Ohridski\u201d must pay the price of the card and can use it for a long period of time. The card grants access to the services and resources of the Central University Library and its entire network of <a href=\"https:\/\/libsu.uni-sofia.bg\/UB\/?page_id=1317&amp;lang=en\" data-type=\"URL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>27 branch libraries<\/strong><\/a>. Cards are renewed annually free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students of Sofia University are allowed to borrow materials for home use only from <a href=\"https:\/\/libsu.uni-sofia.bg\/UB\/?page_id=1317&amp;lang=en\" data-type=\"URL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the branch libraries<\/a>. External users cannot borrow library materials for home use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Readers who are not affiliated with Sofia University \u201cSt. Kliment Ohridski\u201d may use the University Library\u2019s collection through a valid annual reader\u2019s card.
