The Ministry of Education and Science and the publishing house Elsevier have signed an agreement to renew the subscription to the Scopus and Science Direct databases. The new agreement will include books in addition to periodicals. The agreement also extends the opportunity for Bulgarian scientists to publish in hybrid periodicals.
