The University Library collection “Photographs” includes 75 photographs from the private archive of the Bulgarian famous photographer Bozhidar Karastoyanov. This collection was received at the University as a gift by Karastoyanov’s daughter. Thus, the University Library has a selection of exemplary documentary photographs, from the second half of the 1930s, and photographs from the history of Sofia University.
